Join us for a fun night at OTR’s Macaron Bar.  We will enjoy a pairing of four different sparkling wines or champagnes with complementing macaron flavors.  We will also be able to ask questions and learn about how macarons are made. We will have some light appetizers and water available as well. Please note, there are allergens involved with this event – macarons are made with almond flour and dairy.

We are excited to announce that the 2018 Expo guest speaker will be Dr. Rachel Cheatham!

12:00pm – 1:30pm: “The Food Evolution Movie”

1:30pm – 2:30 pm: “Food Metatrends 2018: Uncovering the Trends of the Trends in the Global Foodscape” – Dr. Rachel Cheatham

The exhibit will run from 2:30pm to 5:00pm and booths of approximately 30” x 72” (6 ft tables) will be available for $400. Like last year, it is an open floor plan with separate private meeting rooms for client interactions. There will be a limited number of electrical outlets that are available for an extra charge of $75. The table location will be determined by the order in which registration forms and payments are received: please use the attached registration form for instructions on providing location requests. As always, we will do our best to honor all requests.

This year we will again be printing a program for the Expo. Everyone who walks in will be handed a program with a map of all the exhibits with the booth location of every company as well as your ad. This is a chance for you to showcase your company in the program. If you would like to purchase an ad for the program, the cost structure entails:

¼ page – $100

½ page – $200

Full Page – $300

As in the past years, we will be raffling door prizes throughout the exhibition. If your company would like to donate to the raffle prizes with a company mention, please email us using the email address listed above. Thank you, in advance, for your continued support and generosity.
